Have used Nixco on commercial property in the past and now on a residence and continue to be happy with their service. Chad, our service tech on this project, was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my description of the situation, analyzed the conditions and suggested an appropriate series of steps to complete the job efficiently. Although he was working on a fixed charge basis he spent ample time to make sure the work was done to a very high standard. My drains are now completely clean and the system is working very well.

The scope of work involved the replacement of one toilet and repair or replacement of a second toilet. Chad and Steve arrived a bit early as there was a cancellation. Not a problem as the office called ahead of time to ask if it was okay for them to make their way to my home. After Chad’s inspection of both toilets, he explained all of my options for repair vs replace. I really appreciate the time he took to explain everything so that I could make the best decision for me. Once the decision was made to replace both toilets, Chad and Steve got immediately to work. They seemed to really work well as a team. Even when Chad had to make a quick trip back to the shop, Steve continued working. Throughout the process, both men kept me informed of their progress and answered any questions I had. They also pointed out a problem with the subfloor in one of the bathrooms and even fixed a minor issue with a bathroom faucet. Their work was thorough, fast, and efficient. I will definitely use Nixco (and Chad) for my future plumbing needs.

Chad was extremely helpful. He explained the service process in detail, then reviewed my issues including spending extra time attempting to locate and solve a problem with the plumbing. Once he finished we discussed any other areas of concern and i mentioned i hadn't heard my sump pump running. Chad checked and we found the sump pump motor had burned out. He was able to replace the sump pump immediately. I appreciate the work and extra effort that Chad provided.

Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I needed to have my garbage disposal replaced and it was a very smooth process. I would recommend this company to others and will use them for future plumbing needs.

We have had Nixco out twice and both times Chad has been our service provider. Chad is amazing and is a great face for Nixco! While I know nothing about plumbing he was great at explaining things in a way I could easily understand and providing additional information to help in the future. He provided a number of options to help us decide which course of action to take for different issues we had, along with solid reasoning behind his recommendation and pricing options.
