This is my third old home renovation, and I've rarely run into contractors as wonderful as the people at The Plumbing Works. After getting quite a number of bids, I can tell you their prices are very reasonable. And I don't always buy on price - personality counts, too, and Tom, Ryan and their apprentices were wonderful. And Andrea kept me informed as to appointment and arrival times. I had plumbing repairs, fixture replacements and furnace cleaning and repair. All were done efficiently and the craftsmen couldn't have been nicer. They answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) completely and considerately. They covered their shoes when inside my house. And they cleaned up after themselves. It was as pleasant an experience as these kind of repairs can be. I'm grateful to have found this company!

I took a chance and veered away from my usual plumber to fix or replace a toilet in my half bath. First, Ryan and his assistant came in my home and donned protective wear over their shoes! My fiance loved that. The estimate was speedy. They were knowledgeable and courteous. The price was better than I expected. I had no hesitation in hiring Ryan and his assistant. After making a call to the supplier, they returned and installed my new toilet, I love it! I will call The Plumbing Works for all future needs. VERY PLEASED!

Very knowledgeable technician. I had a problem with my well pump switch that I thought was a bad well pump. The tech was called out on an emergency service call to address a pump issue and found it to be a dirty switch that just needed to be flushed. Great attitude and very friendly. He could of taken advantage of the situation and replaced the pump like I thought and I would not have had any idea but he didn't, Honesty is key and it was nice to see it.
