Always receive great service in a timely manner. I have used Frey's frequently at my office, as well as for work at home installing a new Water Softener, RO system, and fixing an issue I had with my sump pump.

Guys came to do a difficult job and knew exactly what they were doing. They were friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

I would give them zero stars if that were an option. Totally unprofessional, extremely rude and I would recommend to never do business with this company.

My wife and I have been using Frey's for several years. We first hired them because of a leak with hot water tank. Since then they've installed our water softener and we used them to renovate our ensuite and guest bathrooms, both of which turned out amazing. They always make us feel comfortable beforehand, answer our questions, are prompt and professional. Prices are very reasonable too. I wish all the tradespeople I've dealt with over the years were like them. Frey's gets a well earned 5 stars!

These 5 star reviews are totally right.  We had an issue when our hot water tank died, of course we had friends visiting. Our usual plumbers were not helpful and my girlfriend told me about Fry’s. They came the next morning, installed the replacement and voilà hot water again. Plumber was very efficient and professional, hands down a great experience. Thank you!
