We had a sewer problem on the weekend and TNB was here to help in no time at all. David and Chris got the job done in a prompt and professional manner. Thanks Guys!! Unfortunately the biggest problem was outside and TNB crew was here first thing Monday morning. Alex and Tony did another fantastic job on replacing the line outside. Great team at TNB and their promptness was greatly appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I had three different projects that they worked on and it was a first class professional response on each one. I wanted a heat pump installation in our guest bedroom. Nathan provided a quote as well as advice and he was spot on. Install was clean and professional by Dan, John and Gordon and it was a bitter cold day. It was exactly as quoted and done on schedule. The second item was cleaning heat pumps installed six years ago. David was speedy and clean and neat. Real professional Third item was just recent and I had Dave look at a Heat recovery unit that had been installed poorly by another contractor ten years ago. Quite simply the previous installer had done such a poor job that it was hardly functional. While fixing someone else's mess is never easy they agreed to try and did a very good job. Improvement was dramatic. Quite simply they do professional work on time and as quoted. That should be the standard benchmark but in my experience they are exceptional. Allison in the office does a great job in providing updates and registration of warranties as well as providing advice on rebates. In every way a class act

TNB plumbing was a great experience. I just had my whole house upgraded to baseboard heaters, electrical panel box completely upgraded and a heat pump installed, which is better for the environment. Their plumbers, and electrician John, were very polite and respectful to my 5 kids which is a very big plus. I would recommend TNB plumbing to anyone that needs great service. Albert W.

I am extremely impressed and pleased with the level of service I received today! From Allison on the phone to the two workmen who arrived at my home, they made a bad situation perfect. They fit me into their schedule, worked quickly, accurately and were extremely helpful. The best company for your needs, hands down!

Great Service and very helpful and courteous staff! I had issues with plumbing in the house and they had it fixed in a couple of hours, the staff even suggested different membership options we could take to make the pricing better and it did save us money! They also put the trust in customer! GREAT SERVICE OVERALL! Highly recommended!!
