If I could give a zero I would. Charged a $48 assessment fee then the tech tells me minimum charge to unclog a drain is $590. These people should be locked up. ** After filing a complaint with the BBB Pettis refunded the assessment fee. Just to be clear though, I did use a different plumber who charged me $74.75 with no assessment fee to resolve the issue. This should give you a big picture on what a reasonable fee is.

Arrived a little after the expected time, however was called and notified so that is a big plus for me. I had no issue with it and want to make known how professional I find attention to details. The service person was very professional. Answered all my questions, gave feedback as she was working and was very nice. Spotless after they finished and great with being bombarded with questions from three childern. Will call again for certain should I require service.

I thought they would be good based on some reviews I read, but honestly the other bad reviews were right. They try to scam you out of more money than agreed upon with hidden charges or travel fees. Completely unprofessional. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and belittling. She talked to me as if I were trash which is completely ridiculous considering I was paying customer. Just because someone argues with you about hidden charges on an invoice doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful. Hopefully nobody else gets this kind of treatment.

Had the privilege to have Pettis Plumbing visit my home for issues with my water. They were there very quickly and provided professional service. The technician explained why I was having the issues and fixed those issues very promptly at affordable rate. Would recommend this business to anyone having plumbing problems

I found a business magnet posted on our mailbox and decided to give them a try. Over the last 1-2 years, I have used them multiple times. General plumbing, water softener installations, etc.. Because of the following reasons, I will be a long term customer: PROS: Amazing service, very trustworthy, always very professional, always on time, always estimate cost of labour and parts before beginning work. CONS: nothing so far! ~Blake~
