I had a leaky toilet. The technician that can out (Kristian) was very polite and tidy. He explained everything to me and made the repairs quickly. I highly recommend these guys. This is the third time I've used them and every time I have been very happy. And yes I have tried others before. Thanks

Shaun Cunningham and assistant/apprentice Brent came to repair a toilet and a shut off valve this December at my townhouse. Shaun was professional and an honest workman; explaining everything in detail and provided pictures and videos to show me exactly what he was going to do. Brent is extremely polite, professional and very knowlegable. They both did excellent work, were clean and left my home clean with everything put back nicely. I felt comfortable with both of these gentleman in my home and would gladly have them (Mr. Rooted Plumbing) back into my home and recommend them highly. The best thing is; the jobs are done well and right. Amazing.

Had a clogged drain, called and had an appointment within 4 hours. Brent was outstanding. Great communication, worked clean, unplugged a tough clog in less than an hour and even gave our dog a treat. Not cheap, but was able to do laundry and dishes within a few hours. Thanks again Brent!

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Krisztian and Brent were very friendly. They showed up when I expected them. They explained the issue and explained my options with prices. The issue was fixed immediately. No hassle. Efficient and friendly service.
