We cannot believe the level of professionalism, skill and most importantly, care. Nick G exceeded all expectations. He kept a very cool head during a small emergency. Keep up the great work Lodder Brothers!

I was in Guelph babysitting my two yr old and 4 year old grandsons for a week. The toilet beside the bathtub would not flush. I requested a service on the Lodder Bros. website and received a call the next morning with a service call booked between 1 and 3 that afternoon. Mike Bears arrived within the allocated time. He was here half an hour and had a very difficult time getting it unplugged. It was a foam "6" and an "R" bathtub toys and the 2 yr old was the culprit. Mike was courteous and worked quickly trying several techniques and cleaned everything up. The charges were reasonable. I was VERY happy with all aspects of the service.

Courteous, explained and showed all work once completed...hard working....Dan Bernard Sean and whole team were exceptional! Had our sewer line replaced...they worked 14hrs first day so we would have running water by that evening! Highly recommend Lodder Brothers...well done!

Nick Gatensby Service Technician provided outstanding respectful service during the first consultation service visit and inclusive of the full day onsite service he provided. He is very professional, provided excellent communication. Nick and the Lodder Brothers team member who worked alongside Nick Gatensby also named Nick were efficient and provided outstanding quality service including leaving the work areas spotless. Our family would highly recommend Nick Gatensby and his team at Lodders Brothers. Thank you Lodder Brothers!
