Staff was helpful. Looking for a replacement Moen part. Apparently, has to be done by calling Moen.

placed an order for 2 replacement water filters on May 5th/18. I was told that it should be received in store in about a week. I had to contact the store on May 18th as I still had not received a call. I was then told that the product I ordered was discontinued but a similar filter could be ordered, this kit would include only one filter and an adapter for the same price. I informed the staff that I did not want the substitute and that I would be coming in to the shop to refund the purchase. I then received a call a few days later saying my filter was ready for pick up inspite my instructions to the contrary. When I came to pickup the filter I provided feedback to the staff. They were apologetic but offered no solution or refund. Poor communication between the staff and customer I will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Phenomenal! My husband & I had an issue with our bathtub faucet and thought we'd need a whole new set up to solve the issue! Nope! Just a few new parts, and is as good as new! The man who served me saved me a LOT of money, and was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly & professional! (Not to mention Plumbing Plus was a sponsor of my soccer team MANY years ago when I was a little kid; just thought I'd throw that out there too.) :-)

They know their plumbing parts extremely well. Helpful, friendly service, and those hard to find parts for repair at good prices.
