I had work done in Kingston - Install a sump pit, excavate to the footings, evaluate hookup and repair as needed. James and Chris came in a timely manner to assess our needs and spent the time to discuss options. The follow up was longer and more difficult than I would have liked, but this was mainly due to communication issues. I reminded myself - If you are good, you are busy. Well worth a bit of a wait until they had time. The work was done well and efficiently. The mess was kept to a minimum. Thank you

We had a shut-off valve and hose bib replaced (Kingston). The work was fine and done quickly, but the price seemed miscalculated. Management responded within a day, however to discuss a more competitive rate. I am surprised and happy with this level of company responsiveness.

Excellent service. Quick, and quality work. Called them Tuesday morning to reroute my toilet drain, and replace the old copper stack from the basement up to an already updated stack coming from the roof down to the kitchen. I needed my toilet drain rerouted to accommodate the new kitchen cabinets being installed. They showed up Wednesday morning at 9:30 and had to work done by 12:30! It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't something I was willing to go cheap on anyway. Geat job guys.

We have used John The Plumber (Kingston) for all of our plumbing needs over the past three years. The customer service and the quality of the work is outstanding. The guys always take the time to explain what the issue is, why it is happening and how best to fix it. But, perhaps what I appreciate most about the staff, is that they are honest and fair. I would highly recommend James and Chris for any of your plumbing needs. - Ian

As a widow who is not always sure exactly what needs to be done I’m always concerned when contractors come to fix a problem in my home. Not an idiot but this stuff is not in my wheelhouse. I would definitely recommend James. Him and his helper were professional, patient with my questions and just plan pleasant (my dogs liked them too). They cleaned up after themselves and helped me with a couple of other little problems. I would definitely recommend them.
