Paul Brown was a tremendous help when the pipe burst in our bathroom. His quick response time, expert advice, and quality workmanship is beyond compare!!! He made what was a terrible scenario manageable in no time! I would highly and confidently recommend his services!!!

Paul Brown and Royal Flush have done many different projects for me over the years, both big and small. Down to earth in their approach , they are very straightforward with their fair quotes and their workmanship is very good. Always on time and leave their workplace very clean. I would highly recommend them, since I have had a great experience for over 15+ years. I never go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. Thanks Paul!!

Paul Brown the owner of Royal Flush is truly one of the most honest people I have ever met. Paul did all the plumbing of my 4,400 sq ft home and did a fabulous job. He has continued to look after my home for 10 1/2 years. He is the only plumber I would think of using.

Paul treated very well for the first visit. Replaced a sewage pump. Was very good. Pump failed within 2 years. When called to return he claimed not to remember for any warranty purposes. The basement had flooded as a result. They came out and installed a new pump. I mentioned that t should be under warranty. They said it should be but their labour isn't ? Then the following morning the pump failed again according to their employee because the float got stuck on debris. The basement flooded again causing more damage this time. Carpet ruined baseboards ruined. Etc etc I was very upset. My contractor on site said the that the owner paul came and blamed it on his worker from the previous day. He said " I'm doing what should have been done ". As I understand things happen I the. Had to fix more damage. I had incited well over 2000 in expenses and repair damage that was caused by the pump failing again. Then came Paul's bill. 850 but giving me a break to 500. I said there is no way I'm paying. I would stay clear of this business. Just my two cents. If by any means the owner Paul decides it's best to adjust my 500 dollar invoice I will update my review to be fair.
