Money saved

My drains were slow. To access the tub it meant cutting thru lathe and plaster. Not a fun repair. Terry suggested a product that would dissolve the hair, eliminate the need to go thru the wall and save me the cost of his home service. Very kind, and I am super grateful as it WORKED!

We've used Terry and his team often for upgrades and repairs over the years, and have found him to be responsive, professional, and reasonably priced every time.

Terry arrived the day I called and gave us great advice. I would highly recommend Terry and his company.

Where do I begin... Only six days after moving into this house and bathroom's backed up. 4:30 pm...3rd plumbing company I called and Terry immediately returned the call. Sent his guy, Taylor out within the hour. Taylor was fast and busted ass - even dug though the snow and ice to locate the septic tank in the dark with a flashlight. Excellent service and great work.

After calling four plumbing companies, and getting no answers, or worse, not showing up or calling, I came across T. Nash Plumbing from Creemore. Although Mr. Nash himself was going on holidays, he assured me someone would call. As promised, Dan called and set up an appointment. He also called in the morning to give me the time that I could expect someone. Sure enough, fifteen minutes before expected, Kevin arrived. He was pleasant, efficient, and fixed the problem. He was also careful to remove his boots as soon as he arrived. This is the only plumbing company I will ever deal with again. I've already recommended them to friends. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done!

Great service and communication. Very professional, got the work done quickly and we haven't had any issues since (work was completed nearly a year ago).
