We had a new Washer and Dryer installed by a local appliance store. They cross-threaded one of the connections causing water to leak all over the laundry floor. I went to shut off the valve under the sink and it broke off in my hand. After locating the main shut off in our house in the basement (that we just moved into). I called MAC Stewart Plumbing. They came over in 10 minutes and changed the old valves to new ones and got us back on line with our water in about 30 minutes from the start of the call. Thanks for the fast service and quality work that you did for us :)

My sump pump failed at 11pm at night. So called a bunch of plumbers that advertise 24/7 service, looking to resolve the issue.. I was up all night bailing buckets of water until either a plumber came to fix the issue or until the hardware store opened.. Mark finally gave me a call back at 7:30am.. to try to sell me some system with a 5 year garentee for $900.. then goes on to tell me he charges $250 just for installing a sump pump.. Fourtantitly i was already on my way back from Home Depot with the part i needed to install the sump pump when he called. I told him the situation and he went on to try and upsell me.. telling how garbage Home Depot pumps are. Spent 14 dollars for the check valve and thread paste needed.. and once i got back i had the sump pump going in less than 20 minutes.. Really the least Mark could do with all that money he's making is pay for an answering service for after hour calls.

He said to me that he has a construction license but he didn't and guess what, THATS ILLEGAL!! He fooled me and he charged me the whole amount in advance and did the job absolutely wrong, I have to redo the job and it cost me $2000 for this garbage job and since I have to redo do it I will lose another $2000 so now I am down $4000 because this guy didn't know how to do his job. + This guys grammar and spelling just shows how much he lacks education and shows that he isn't someone you want to trust to do some work for you. He refused to give me the receipt of the purchases, he bought the cheapest parts but charged me double. To do this job properly is almost two days job with helper, but he did the job in 4 hours without any helper, and left dangerous issue because he doesn't have construction license . He said his labour is $600, but he charged me $1400 just for labour. He made too much mess and did not clean it. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON.

I just had Mark in to do a complete replacement of our pressure tank and a new toilet in our centery home. Mark has done a FANTASTIC job. Everything is working top notch again. I recommend Mark to everyone with plumbing problems. Marks prices have been very fair compaired to others and he will answer any questions you have. Thanks Mark for great job we truely appreciate it. We definetly will call you next time we need a plumber.
