Michael been very helpful and save our time. Awesome customer service. Thank you.

The staff are rude here and so unhelpful. Also, all the prices are more then anywhere in Toronto. The staff hardly move from their seat. It is clear they all hate their jobs. Will never use this store again ever.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff hardly get out of their seat. Went in with a washer. Hi do you have this part? He glanced up from reading some magazine and just said "No, call the manufacturer" Ya, why would a Plumbing store carry washers for a bathroom sink. How crazy of me to waste his time with such a silly question. He was so rude. No idea what his name was. Some 27 year old black guy. All the staff to be fair seemed like they did not want to be there. Will never use again.

Worst first experience ever. If you don't have the exact change, kiss your balance goodbye. Rude staff and when you ask them questions, they tell you to take it or leave it. I have a COD account with them but I'll never go back to this location again. Employees here act like owners of the company. That's jokes.
