First off i would like to give them 0 stars. Total rip off artist and scam ppl 100%. While excavating we hit a water line. Which it didnt break but bent. It cost about $5 at home hardwear to get at most and then to sauder it in. And 2 cuppling no more the $35 We called gave Pam the spelling of the name 3 times. They sent out 1 guy, he left came back with the parts and started working. When the guy was just about finished a second guy showed up and stood there. He did absolutly nothing. So we recieve a bill with the wrong first name. We called jj and the told us the bill was $300 and some what dollars for what... a total of less then 1h of work for 1 guy ans some cheep parts. They told my other half that they had to pull 2 guys off jobs but 1 showed up did all the work them the second showed up...for what idk my thought he was driving back to the shop and stopped seeing the truck in our driveway. So they kept sending the bill to the wrong name. And sorry im not opening mail that not in my name and after spelling the name 3 times yo Pam. In which both me and my other half were standing together. So i return to sender. Why should i open and pay a bill that's not in my name. For them to send a bill out in my proper name saying i didnt pay it. So they call and tell is to call or they send us to collection. I told her that i have not recieved a bill in my name. She was very ignarant with me telling me i pay the bill or it goes to collections and hangs up. So i went in and she finally got my name right. Tells me i pay the bill in full today or it goes to collections at 5. Meanwhile this is technacally my first bill i recieved. They charged us exactly 320.90 for one guy to come and do under 1h worth of work. They insisted that they pulled 2 guys from a job which they did not. 2 sperate trucks and second guy came when the work is done is not pulling 2 guys from jobs. I have sence found a plumber in town that is decent priced and will NOT rip ppl off. I will never use JJ again and i carry the number around of this other plumber just to let ppl know that there are good plumbers out there. Check out thw photo under my name of my bill. An update. 4 days later i got a letter in the mail addressed to my actual name stating they are taking me to collections. Why would they not send a bill in my proper name this whole time and then try and take me to collecrion. Not even givimg me any time yo pay. I recommend not gpong hete. I dont open other peoples mail. And as stated before the name was given 3 times and she still got ot wrong

First time we used them, I liked their service. This time I will call them crooks. When I called them to say my furnace wasn't working and I told them exactly what my thermostat read, he said we'll be out and then when they came out they said it was the batteries. He even wrote on the bill exactly what I said to the man I talked to, so why didn't he say on the phone that all I needed to do was change the batteries. But they wanted to charge me full price for a service call. CROOKS and very untrustful!!!!! The code written on my invoice starts with a 6!

Once you convince McLellan's that the cheapest and fastest way isn't how you want things done the experience was okay. Plumbing technician was very helpful in explaining my reverse osmosis system as well. The heating and plumbing technicians also made some special trips back to their shop to get the proper installation hardware which was great to see. However when the job was first seen they said they would take care of the range hood if it wasn't direct vented for my new natural gas stove. The first part of the job was completed and I looked into the ducting for the rangehood and saw indeed it was not direct vented. Which I called twice and emailed once within a two week period to book them in to finalize the job with the ducting installation. To no avail never got a call back or email.

They are crooks. I called for service and they billed me hour and half for travel time to and from their office and I happened to time it last night and from their office to my home is 16 mins going 90km/h which is 32 min round trip so please watch out before you get over charged by these crooks
