Gerald from Mr Rooter came to replace the bathroom taps in our main level washroom. It looked like an easy job, but he soon discovered that the existing taps had been installed in a not entirely proper way, which turned the easy job into an epic battle to remove the old taps. Gerald didn't give up, and somehow managed to get the job done without damaging our vanity top. It took over an hour and a couple of battery packs, but in the end the result was perfect. I recommend Mr Rooter in general, and Gerald in particular for any plumbing needs.

Patrick from Mr. Rooter London came to fix a kitchen sink clogged that turned into a much bigger problem with our pipes. As a new homeowner, I didn't have much knowledge about the system, but Patrick was great and explained everything incredibly well - he outlined all of the options I had to select from and weighed the pros and cons of each. In the end our big fix was completed today and we are happy that Patrick was the one to take care of it. He is trustworthy and honest, and that is more than you can say about many people in home repair. I have kept his card and will contact in the future for all of my needs.

Absolute great and trustworthy service. I had a clog in the main pipe that lead to the city sewer system. Fraser was able to auger the clog out being extra cautious and careful with the piping, and showed me the clear pipe with the attached camera. He was friendly, courteous and let me know exactly what he thought the issues was and how he planned on fixing it. Highly recommend.

We had a particularly difficult clog that took 2 hours to fix and Amir Farrah handled it superbly. He was very respectful and professional throughout. He explained his process and the possible outcomes very well. He made sure we were both in agreement with the plan before continuing, and worked incredibly hard once he started! We really appreciated his work ethic!
