Unfair business

So I will go back 2 months ago. I called Royal Plumbing in regards I needed assistance in getting my toilet looked at as well as other plumbing issues. Actually I called 4 times being promised each time I would be contacted. 12 hours later Roy called at 730pm to state that he would be in the following morning to look at what was required. So the next day he again said now I’m only here to look then will let you know when the guys can come in. All he looked at was my toilet upstairs and my bathroom sink downstairs which was clogged. He said that he would be at my place the next day to fix the issues. That was to around 230. He never showed up nor anyone else. My mom called royal plumbing the week after for her issues. Steve went to her house the same day and fixed the piping. My mom mentioned what happened with me. Not professional at all. So this past Monday. I called royal plumbing. The answering service mentioned that the message will be relayed to Them.

We have used Roy and his staff for years now on the advice from my Mom. Her husband, my Dad,was a longtime plumber in Belleville, so we trusted her opinion. Thankfully we did. We can put in a call anytime and they are here. We had a problem last night and Steve on his way home came right over ( end of day). Awesome! Steve has worked here many times and deserves much appreciation. Great guy, knowledgeable and neat. Always cleans up!! The prices are so reasonable, hard NOT to use them for any plumbing job and advice. Roy, you have a great staff...thanks again, Donnie and Donna

These are the folks you want when you have an issue. I have worked with Roy's guys Steve and Martin to resolve a blocked sewage line on my 2 unit apartment building. Roy's guys are professional, mature and methodical. Your employees are a credit to your company.
