Val, the plumber who was sent from DrainCom, was amazing! He came on time, gave us an estimate (which was almost 200.00 MORE than he charged us!), worked quickly with quality work and even cleaned us any mess that was around. He was polite and more so knew his business well! Would recommend him to anyone. Great Experience!

SHOWER TAP REPLACEMENT I called DrainCom to give me a quote on a shower tap issue and a dishwasher leak. I had never used them before and was hoping they would be reliable, honest and would do a good job if I decided to use them. They were able to come by the next day. Will was the plumber who arrived. After inspecting the dishwasher he told me that there was a very small leak in the dishwasher unit and therefore I would need to find an appliance repair person. I appreciated his honesty and the fact he was straightforward with me. He examined the tap and then gave me a quote. It was reasonable and fair so I told him to go ahead with the job. He started his work, determined that the tap would have to be cut-off but didn't have the right part in his truck (he didn't want to give me a cheap/inferior version of the model I currently had) so instead of waiting until Monday he went to his supplier on Saturday, got the part and installed it right away and finished the job sooner that expected. He was patient and knowledgeable when answering all of my questions, helpful in giving me advice on all the aspects of the dishwasher and shower tap, personable when speaking to me, committed and dedicated to his job, helpful by providing me with lots of pictures and he provided amazing customer service. Also, DrainCom was very competitive, fair and generous with the cost of the whole job. Needless to say they made a great first impression on me! I will definitely be using them for future plumbing jobs.

Valentin from Drain Com Plumbing was very attentive to my needs for service. He was very courteous and responsive when communicating over the phone. This is a rental property, and I live out of state. I felt Val was working for me to help fix the plumbing problems, while be considerate of the overall cost, which was much appreciated. He even provided some additional service that was not requested, just because he knew it needed to be done!

The technician Val was very professional and knowledgeable. He made the necessary camera investigations and showed me what was wrong. He cleaned up. I paid. I was given a business card and told if I can’t get company that waterproofed my house to fix problem to call. I was very pleased. Good people work for DrainCom.

Great, reliable plumbing work. Will was his usual helpful, professional and customer focused self. This is not easy to find. Found DrainCom after a friend's referral and would never go elsewhere.
