Highly recommend Braneida Mechanical! Our furnace went on the fritz and we called a number of companies to see if we could get a tech to come have a look, but my wait time would have been 24 hrs or more. Sorry can't wait that long when its -10 outside and my house is getting colder and colder by the minute. Braneida not only had a better rate for the tech to come have a look, but also said they could get someone to us the same day. Perfect! Within less than 30mins from my initial call I had a tech calling to say she could be here in 15mins. Natasha came in, quickly assessed our situation and fixed our furnace in no time at all!! Very professional and she explained everything that she was doing. Thank you for the great service Braneida, we're cozy and warm again while the temps are freezing outside!

Moved into a home built in 1909 and had some issues with an air handler installed by a company that had gone bankrupt. Braneida, who looked after the attic air conditioner unit at this house, came in and assessed the situation for us and did everything they could to keep costs down. In the end we had to replace the unit and Braneida did the work. Very happy with the service and advice they have given us. We have now replaced the people that looked after our Viessmann boiler with Braneida as well. They are now our single source. They will return your calls, tell you the truth, fix things when they make a mistake and deliver on time at the price quoted. What more could you ask for?

MY EMAIL TO THEM.... "Hello gang, I am happy to report that I have persuaded another family from using your service. Although, we havent had any issue with the unit itself, The utter incompetence of the installation still pisses us off every time we look at it... If you recall, The idiots made a mess of the power cable, condensation line, heat return and AC line running through the room/wall. Plus they tools drilled massive holes through the floor joists for a 10/2 cable. Shear useless incompetence. What probably takes the cake, is the lack of empathy and corrective action on YOU the owners, to solve the problems.. We suspect we have persuaded 10+ individuals from calling on you for work...""

We have used them twice now and both times they have had fast service and been very polite and helpful. I would recommend Braneida Mechanical!
