From start to finish, my experience with Dekorte Plumbing was top notch. The office staff were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and exceedingly helpful. I received an appointment in 48 hours. Alex, my first-rate, professional plumber arrived on time after reminding me of the appointment and then advising me when he was on his way to my house. My kitchen faucet plumbing problem was rather complicated, but Alex figured it out expertly and confidenty then got to work. He had all the necessary parts and tools with him in his truck. By the time he had finished, everything was working very much to my satisfaction. He cleaned up after himself nicely. At all times, he was respectful and amiable. What a relief to have found such a first class establishment operating here in Ancaster. I will certainly call upon Dekorte Plumbing in the future, but hopefully it will be a while before I need them again!!

Alex was very helpful in responding quickly and correcting a shower repair gone wrong (last time I try to fix something myself with Googled instructions!). He was polite and professional, and took the time to explain what the cause of the problem was. Although he did not have the required cartridge on hand to complete the repair right away, he was able to patch things up and get the shower working for the time being, then returned the next day with the new part. Works great!

The Dekorte team recently helped us with our plumbing needs and I can't recommend them highly enough. The booking and office staff were helpful and efficient and Alex, our service technician, was thorough, knowledgable and clean. We will definitely be using Dekorte again!

Alex from Dekorte Plumbing, helped me tackle some tedious plumbing work around my shop. He was extremely respectful, friendly, and communicated thoroughly with me the entire time. Everything now functions accordingly and a beautiful install if i must say. These guys mean business!

After waiting 3 years to get my daughter's bathtub faucet fixed (due to another plumbing service who don't warranty their work & was worried about $$$$), had to get it done as it suddenly worsened, got Dekorte's name from friends on line and soooo grateful. Artrina in the office and Alex in the field were so helpful and fast and the cost was so reasonable. I will always use Dekorte's from here on in! Thanks!
