We contacted Wellmasters to assess and repair a lake waterline to our cottage. The initial quote seemed reasonable, but when the line was inspected, the number skyrocketed. Eventually the line was replaced and we were getting water once again. It quickly became evident that something was still wrong as the water pressure would decrease and the sediment filters needed to changed every month. I suspected that the pump was lying on the lake bed and not raised, as it should, and requested that they return to check things out. Instead, I was offered another fix, to the tune of $1200 and a promise that the location of the pump would be checked before applying the additional fix. Never done! Finally, I hauled the pump out of the water myself, and verified that my suspicion of an incorrectly placed pump was my problem. I cannot state how unhappy I am with this company, and it looks like I may not be the only one. If there is a problem with the service that you provide, it is essential to ensure that the problem is addressed.

I called this company because my pump kept coming on without any water being used. The plumber came out and wanted to change my whole system. He quoted a price that we could not afford at this time and all we wanted was to have the problem worked on which by the way was a foot valve. When I called the company and told the dispatcher or secretary that i would not proceed with this job as it was too expensive and i quoted what the plumber estimated that job and she told me it would not cost that much and that is not what the plumber quoted. I told her that this is what my husband and i understood and she kept saying that this is not what he said. She then said if you want the job done later let us know and hung up. Not letting me to reply. She then called back and told me i still had to pay for the call which is no problem and when i asked her how much I could not believe the price. They charged me $250 dollars plus 50 dollars for a part that was not needed and then tax equaling $312 all this for a problem we already knew what it was. The job that the plumber wanted to do was about $3 thousand dollars. This is ridiculous. Rude Dispatch person and a plumber that all he wants to do is get the most money he can get. A BIG RIP OFF

This company is an absolute joke. Holly is extremely rude and unprofessional. It all started back in December of 2016 when my well pump died. No other well company would answer me at the time until I called Wellmasters who were prompt and Holly came right out to my house the same day. When she got here she told me right away that the pump system was wrong and old and needed to be replaced. Almost $6000.00 later, we finally had water. Until about a week later, something went wrong again and they came out and told me that the pump they put in was too big for the amount of water the well could produce. They ended up installing a flow restrictor at another $500.00 Fast forward to 4 years later, the well messes up again. I call Holly and explain to her what is going on and she tells me that it is most likely my filtration system. I call Culligan, they cannot come for 2 weeks but they tell me how to bypass the filers until they can come and do a service. This does not change anything with the way the well is acting. I call Holly back and make an appointment for someone to come out and take a peek. The day of the appointment, her son comes out, very professionally and finds that there is a clog in the flow restrictor. He removes the clog, puts it all back together and it happens again right away. Removes the blockage again, same problem but this time there is no clog. Begins to tell me that my well is dry. I tell him that my well is actually overflowing, and he confirms this. He tells me that the pump is bad and is covered under a 5 year manufacturer warranty, which I was very happy about. But then, Holly tells him that it is going to cost $1000.00 plus to replace the pump !!!! I ask why and she says its for labour, licensing and the cost of business !!!! HE WAS DONE IN 1.5 HRS!!!!!!!!!! What kind of business charges over $500 an hour! What else am I supposed to do when I have no water to even bathe my children in. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE !!!!!! I am in the HVAC business and i have overhead and licensing, but we only charge $100 an hour labour !!!!

Overcharged us for equipment that wasn't meant for our well. They plugged our softener system and refused to correct it, and made up math equations for why they placed that size of pump in our well. They lack knowledge, and customer service. Please do not become a victim of these plumbers. I would have gone multiple days without water waiting for a professional had I known that we would be dealing with problems months later

I just called for a quote on a sand point. The lady on the phone was rude right off the bat and tried to sell me a jet pump. I told her I already had one from my previous house (I had a sand point I actually did myself) I tried telling her several times I had a great pump (paid a lot from a trusted supplier) but she insisted we needed one from her. Finally I asked how much just the point would cost, she told me $3900! I then said this is for a sand point correct? She then got very defensive and hung up on me! How is this place still in business! Horrible !
