This company is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. From the terrible customer service to exorbitant price gouging, I recommend that you use anyone BUT Glenn Richardson Plumbing and Heating. They don't deserve the one star that is required to make this post.

I need to express how impressed we are with everyone and all the work done by Glenn Richardson! Going into this project I actually expected a good job and had no worries at all, but my expectations have been blown away – In a good way!!!! From how nice the guys have been to how neat and tidy the work is I can easily and confidently recommend Glenn Richardson to everyone and anyone I come across. If you need any plumbing work at all, residential or commercial, Glen Richardson is the best choice in the Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton areas.

This company employs a reckless driver. Not only did he almost hit me from the side and cut me off he than proceeded to show his appreciation by giving me his middle finger with my young daughter in the passenger seat! Everyone needs to be cautious with this driver on the road. License plate starts with A397.

Gary did an excellent job at installing the feed and double-check valve for my irrigation system. The new piping was run very cleanly. He cleaned up the job area immaculately -- other plumbers generally leave their junk all over the place. He answered every question I had, and listened to my suggestions. Will definitely use again.

Reckless driver tailed me dangerously close for 2 km.

Your technician Gary was brilliant. Very courteous, knew his stuff and explained every step of the way what he was doing so we could understand everything.Would not hesitate to recommend your Company to anyone. Well done!
