Had work done recently, was disappointed and concerned as no precautionary measures were taken for safety and or concern of damage created by work done. Tech decided to solder pipe up close to a finished wall and scorched area of wall. Absolutely no care or concern for fire safety, hot work procedure or damage done to property. Made 2 attempts to call Townsend regarding issue and am still waiting for Bill to call. My next call is to the ministry of labor as it's quite obvious work safety procedures are not being followed nor is there a concern from management. Would suggest to find a contractor who works safely so there's less chance of your home lighting up in flames because of disregard for safe hot work procedure and damage to property.

I used Townsend to help with a noise coming from my radiator pipes. Chris showed up on time and was very professional. He answered all my questions and showed me what was causing the issue. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely recommend Townsend Plumbing & Heating and will 100% use them in the future again if needed.
