Excellent service....we have visited this store a couple times and they are always helpful and ensure that you know exactly what you need to do to get the job done properly before you leave the store. The last time we went to the store we were minutes late and they were closed so we had to go to a competitor but just happen to run into one of the employees (Dale) from Chatham Plumbing. He stopped and took the time to help us as if we were in his store. We will make sure that we get to the store on time next time.

Josh did an exceptional job installing a small portion of piping and fittings for my laundry tub. However, as a senior citizen on a fixed income, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the price of the services provided. $349 to run a snake tool less than 10 feet for a couple minutes is outrageous. I'm understanding of the service call fee, especially on a holiday weekend, however, for a slow drain, 3 feet of pvc piping and a couple fittings, a final bill of $490 is unacceptable. Josh gets 5 stars for being polite and professional, but the company's flat rate snaking the drain is laughable.
