Quick response, courteous and knowledgeable techs, job well done! When my basement flooded, I called a plumber I used previously since it was the weekend, but got vm. My neighbor suggested calling Roto-Rooter and so glad I did! The dispatcher answered immediately and was very friendly. She said someone should arrive in 2 hours. I was thrilled when he arrived in 30 minutes! He replaced the sump pump quickly, explained what had broken, stayed until he ensured the water drained properly, and explained how a backup pump works. A huge thank you to Tomm P.! A water restoration tech came while water was draining. He thoroughly explained what the cleaning and restoration entailed. He even went thru my home owner's insurance quickly so I knew exactly what would be covered. Thank you so much, Chris T.! Greatly appreciated the help of these two awesome techs!

We thank Jim and Tyler for quickly responding to our call for help in cleaning up a sewer back-up in our basement. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Three days post flood, our basement is clean and dry. Thank you again.

I had Roto-Rooter to my home before. I appreciated the promptness in which they responded to my calls. Mike Marks was the technician who ultimately troubleshot and replaced my aged hot water tank. He even had to return a second time to remedy issues my old home had. Our family now has hot water. Thanks Mike!!!

The technician was here within the time frame given and very pleasant. He explained everything he was doing and all our potential options. I will not hesitate to call again should their assistance be needed, though I hope I don't have to do so.

6/27/16 Plumbers once again arrived within 2 hours of our call. Our shower wasn't holding the heat in the water. Initially, it was thought a hot water tank issue, but upon additional investigation, (which required lots of problem solving), a mixer in a faucet appeared to be the cause. First, one was replaced and then another. However, in the process the entire main to the house had to be shut down and tested. It turned out that the MAIN needed a repair and Bob had to add shut off valves that now brought us up to code. What a project! Bob and Jose were amazing in thinking through the problem and then isolating the possible causes. They were polite, and kept us informed throughout the process, so we knew what to expect the bill to look like. So glad they were in our 'speed dial.' Last fall....a clogged drain.... Great response...the plumber came within 3 hours of our call. He used a snake to clear a clog in the kitchen sink...right to the main water line. It was a challenging fit under the sink, but he really did a great job. thanks!
