Incompetent and unprofessional for a simple toilet purchase and installation. The short story is they initially installed the wrong toilet, the plumber made a mess while doing so, and the new toilet wasn’t even installed properly. I got a quote in person for toilets, which the salesperson wrote down on a card and didn’t keep a copy. I called and ordered a particular model that fits my small washroom and confirmed the details. A few days later they call me to schedule installation, and I confirm that it’s indeed the particular model I needed (height, rough in, round front), plus specify the seat. The next day I get another call from the same person to schedule installation - no big deal, but record keeping is clearly not great here. I’m told I would get a call before the plumber shows up during the allotted window. The plumber indeed shows up within the agreed window but without any call. He marches straight through the house with outdoor boots, and proceeds to remove the old toilet without doing anything to drain the bowl. He just takes it and places it directly on our hardwood floors, where it oozes a puddle of toilet water underneath. He doesn’t plug up the drain pipe with anything. He brings in and starts installing the new toilet, at which point I realize that it’s elongated - fortunately before the water is hooked up. He takes it back out, leaves, and returns an hour later with the correct round model. When the entire thing is installed, I realize the toilet seat is not the one I ordered and get him to take it back. Finally he takes the old toilet and wrong seat away and leaves a trail of toilet water puddles all the way across our hardwood floors, to the entry rug, and outside. We opted to clean this ourselves, not exactly trusting this plumber to make things better rather than worse. The toilet hasn’t leaked, but later inspection showed the toilet was at an angle to the wall. The bolt caps weren’t attached. There were grease stains and dents on the washroom floor. A piece of molding was poorly trimmed to jam the toilet in, and at no point did the plumber let me know he was doing this. Similarly he used a handmade ceramic cup he found in the washroom to collect water from the supply line, without asking. For my troubles they gave me an invoice with a 10% discount and tried to charge me for the seat I didn’t receive.

Went in there looking for parts to hook up my new gas dryer. They were absolutely great, I never write reviews but these guys deserve it! They didn't regularly stock the items but they found them from the service parts in the back for me. Great products, amazing customer service, I can't thank them enough for the help. Defiantly worth a visit if your looking to redo any plumbing. I will be going back.

Went in looking for a decent toilet that wasn't too expensive. The salesman we had was great and pointed out a few models that fit what we wanted and told us the pros and cons of each...who knew to avoid roughness under a toilet rim. Apparently it's harder to clean, which makes sense, and so it can cause more stains. We bought the one he suggested (it wasn't the most expensive option) and havent had a single problem with it after a year. No stains, clogs, or running water ;)

Horrible. They ripped off my mom after her dad passed away...when I specifically told the she needed a complete bathroom reno but nothing overly expensive as we are not rich. After being half done they charged over $6500. So the whole job was later quoted at over $15,000. Who spends that kind of money to redo a tiny bathroom in a small townhouse? They kept having to return to fix errors. They did not explain that the inner shower wall would be panelled with material toxic to pets after saw cuttings & dust particles all over our backyard where my dog goes. There were so many scratches on the new tub. There were many holes in the caulking and a couple still exist. The toilet still moves a bit. Too many flaws to count. They ever screwed the shower head on backwards!?? Wow...so inexperienced & less than perfect work for thousands of $$$. We were finally too upset to continue with the work and got a different company to finish the job. Stay far far away from these guys. And the owner Mark just continued to bs my mother and now she lost thousands that she cannot get back. Complete upset through the whole process. They even brought the wron toilet seat. And installed a toilet tank with a huge obvious flaw in the ceramic that needed to be replaced. I would give a ZERO rating if I could.

Found exactly what we were looking for at a great price.
