This company 'Advanced Professional Plumbing And Heating Services Limited', run by Andrew Smith appears with multiple addresses online. Whether they use all of these addresses, or not, I don't know. What I do know is that they didn't turn up to do the work they promised to do, and they charged my card anyway. They will only agree to refund half of this amount, despite doing no work and having received no agreement to do so. I would recommend people steer well clear of this company.

My husband's mother passed away recently and he asked this company to inspect the underfloor heating at the property. The hard sell on the phone meant having to pay for an hour up front plus being told that to collect the keys would involve a materials collection charge despite the agent being half a mile away. The engineer claimed to have spent almost two hours at the property plus over one hour collecting the keys. Charged me almost £400 inclusive for no work and an inspection that took another firm 25 to 30 minutes to diagnose without any money up front. I then disputed and got nowhere with at least two long and stupid arguments with Maureen. Luckily cancelled the card I used for other reasons and from what I read that was a good thing. Avoid these cowboys.

Liars, cheats, didn't turn up, tried to rinse me of more money, trying not to refund me on my overpriced quotation fee. Steer clear. They're fraudsters.

This is a company of fraudsters. They used my debit card to process a duplicate transaction and fabricated an invoice for it. We had disputed the original transaction as they did not fix the boiler during an emergency call out, misdiagnosed a repair costing over £500, and tried to sell us a new boiler. The boiler was repaired the next day by a local plumber in under 15 minutes. for 1/2 of Advanced Heatings charge. Not only did they continue to charge my debit card for the original disputed transaction of £181, they fabricated another invoice for £206 and keep charging this amount to our Debit card even after Visa rescinds the transaction. Avoid these crooks at all costs.
