Quick respond at 2 am in the morning while no other companies were even picking up the phone.

I had a dishwasher and water line to my refrigerator installed. They were in a hurry to get to the next call and rushed my job. After they left I had to level the dishwasher and install the brackets that keep it from tipping when I open the door. The water line to the fridge was not secured and I had to redo this work as well. The maddening part was so expensive! I wouldn’t have minded the price if it were done right.

Needed last minute emergency help and Sanjar provided all of the right info. Was so friendly and knowledgeable. He came within the hour explained everything and didn't leave until the job was done correctly. Will definitely call him again for all of my plumbing needs.

Showed me unpleasant attitude when I asked him some details about his plumber’s insurance and if he could show me his plumbing license. Told me $250 would be the total cost, one day later when I double checked it with him before he came, he said he couldn’t tell the total. I booked loading area for 2 p.m.~4 p.m. at 12 p.m. and asked him if he could come, he said this time period works for him. Then at 1:20 p.m., he sent me a message told me he couldn’t make it. No explanation, no arrangement for next service, didn’t even answer my phone calls. I’ve wasted so much time on his unprofessional service. Guys, when you want to hire a plumber, don’t just check google reviews. Please make sure: 1. He is licensed, and you can see a proof of his license. 2. He’s bonded and insured. This means he has insurance to cover accidents that may happen while on your property, and he’s fully responsible for leaks caused by his work. 3. Get an estimate of total cost before he comes. Ask him is this an hourly or flat rate. Don’t believe things only over the phone, get PAPERWORK. Reply: you’re just trying to ignore the MAIN issue here. The main issue is not license or insurance, HE TOLD ME THAT TIME PERIOD WORKS FOR HIM BUT THEN DIDN’T SHOW UP. AWFUL AWFUL ATTITUDE.
