Called on Monday, everything was fixed by Wednesday. Max is knowledgeable and gave me multiple repair/replace options. Great service and great prices.

I had drain problems for quite a time but had always put off their fixing because of the mess that could have appeared in my garden. And how happy I was to find Dr. Pipe and their great service - trenchless drain replacement. They made just a few tiny holes and that's it! No mess, no mud - everything was clean and really fast. I expected that this procedure could take long time to be done but everything was fixed within one day! And what's more, my beloved garden remaind untouched!

While he did not actually visit my location, I sent him some pictures of the situation I had with my frozen pipes, and he told me just clear the stuff out from under my sink and run a space heater since it would be impossible to actually get to the source and thaw it out. Four hours later my water started running! I will definitely call him for all my plumbing needs in the future. Thank you!

This company is a truly professional outfit. They take the time to listen and understand the homeowners individual situation and put together a plan to help you resolve your issues, In my case the company was able to assist with the process for obtaining rebates from the city. Each and every individual that works with the company goes above and beyond to be polite and keep a tidy work site. Max, the owner is P.Eng which is very reassuring given technical work that is often required. Additional they are a great source for referrals and their extended network of contractors have all been top notch. Good people know good people

Max was always available to communicate the status of the situation as the job progressed. The delays that were inevitable due to City of Toronto's delays were well managed by Max and his team. We had our main service line replaced from galvanized steel to copper, with minimal impact to the basement. I recommend Max for his professionalism and no nonsense approach, and fair pricing.
