Technician Ryan was very efficient in his testing and detection. Ryan took time to make tel. calls and consult various Reliance personnel in order to give me options of buying in a new A/C OR to maintain the existing unit. I would rate Ryan as being excellent and very helpful with perfect coordination. With technicians like Ryan Reliance would be the Canadian option for any business/ house owner for our cooling/heating/plumbing/hot water needs. Thanks, very impressive service. My note to the Home Comfort Advisor as follows ... "Good afternoon Jeff, We played a bit of phone tag over the last few days. Thank you for attempting to get back to me yesterday afternoon. The reason for my call … I wanted to convey to you how incredibly impressed I was with the members of your technician/installation team here in London. I was so impressed with Mat, and thought he was unmatched in his technical and interpersonal skills. Then came Christine. WOW … her workmanship is impeccable (I’m not sure I could keep pace with her). Her tie-in to the water line, selection of humidifier mount on the cold air return ducting, running of the condensation line, wiring to furnace logic board, super tidy and VERY WELL taped duct work (including relocation of the furnace instructions/storage sleeve provided by the initial furnace installer) … absolutely perfect! I’d wager bets that she would put 99.999% of the boys to shame (five 9’s is a big deal in the telecommunications world)!!! 😊😊😊 I wasn’t home when Christine arrived. She patiently waited for my son to reach me to confirm the water shutoff valve, and she even exited through the garage because we couldn’t be here when she left (doors closed behind her and all). Shy of her perfect and beautiful work, you would never know that she had been here. Our since thanks to you Jeff, and the incredible team you have here in London!!!"

My issue was with my 20 year old rented water heater that gave up some time during the Friday night into Saturday morning. The whole thing had water gushing out the bottom when we awoke at 6:30AM to 6 inches of water in our basement and it showed no signs of slowing down. The shut off for the water didn't work so we had to turn off the water to our house. I called Reliance at about 6:30AM Saturday morning and explained we needed a new water heater and a new shut off valve. They were to come between 1 and 6 that day and a lovely young man named Sam arrived just after 4. He didn't have a new water heater and was told he was just to fix a leak???? Anyway he did cap the pipes, made a call and arranged for us to have a new water heater installed Sunday morning. We at least had cold water over night and sure enough another lovely young man arrived shortly after 8AM and is busy installing the new water heater. Thank you. Now could someone answer why you (Reliance) have your installers use the cheap crappy shut off valves that don't work after a year or two instead of the proper ball valve type that work forever?

I called Reliance to get a ductless air conditioner installed in my home. Reed came over and was able to answer all my questions. I wasn’t familiar with the ductless units but he was very knowledgeable with the different heat and cooling systems. I wasn’t put under any pressure to make any decisions. I had another option to go with another company and in the end I decided to go with Reliance. A big part of that was because Reed was such a pleasure to deal with. If you call Reliance ask for Reed.

Reed is just a pleasure to deal with, he came over to my house to take a look at our heat and cooling system. Being that our system is only 8 years old we decided not to purchase. Beyond that Reed is very knowledgeable about water purification and we plan to look into a reverse osmosis system. I would recommend Reed to all my friends! If you are looking for a genuine, punctual, hard working, customer centric guy... Reed is it!
