Listen to my request and fix my problem. Price and labour are clearly stated and work carried out in a professional manner. Technician is friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to deal with Allard & Richard. Thanks again.

Charles Ricard has an exceptional team of young, highly skilled plumbers. We did everything including installing a high efficiency boiler, natural gas lines and appliances, all code compliant rough-in plumbing to delicate fixture installation and finishing work. Louis-Charles, Ian and Ryan are all conscientious, highly capable and polite. We’re very satisfied and we highly recommend their services

I had an okay experience with this company. The plumber they sent was young, but seemed to know what he was doing, but he charged extra for equipment, and it was clear that he was working for someone else (not his own company.) (I assumed that for a $65 travel fee and $100/hour price-tag, some equipment would be included!) But: he worked well. I only had a blocked kitchen sink, so I suggest you make your own decision about this company. If it's a small job, like mine was, I suggest you go with a small plumber, someone who works for himself and is not reviewed on google. This company (despite its family-sounding name) are fairly big and are only going to send you a fairly green plumber anyway for this type of job. Basically, you will be paying top dollar for something your brother in law could do. I wasn't totally convinced that the job needed to take more than 1.5 hours to complete, and I suspected that there may have been some inflation here too. In short: reputable, but expensive. Probably better for bigger jobs, but I'd go elsewhere for common things like blocked sinks etc. Edited: they failed to retighten the bolts on the furnace after they moved it. Blew out our furnace. They denied responsibility even though the technician who fixed it confirmed that the bolts had not been tightened and that the timing (right after the eork) pointed to the plumbers. Don't use these guys!

I have been working with Allard et Ricard for a couple of years now. I can only say good things. I was a building manager for 29 apartments in Montreal with a hot water heating system. Allard et Ricard have come through on many occasions, for regular service calls or full blown emergencies. Absolutely amazing service from the team in the office to the technicians and plumbers. The communication between staff members in the office is amazing, everyone you get on the phone seems to already know about your job or service call. Everyone is in the loop. They were able to come through multiple times for emergency repairs. Their ability to react quickly and get the necessary parts and send help is amazing. Had to turn heat off for 16 apartments around midnight in the middle of winter 2018. I called the office around 6 or 6:30am and Allard et Ricard sent guys out first thing and had the heat back on by noon, residents hardly noticed the outage. I would highly recommend Allard et Ricard for any heating or plumbing jobs. The guys are amazing at what they do, and very thorough, and, they don't leave a mess!! which is always nice. They are the best !!

Their technician came to repair the hydronic system on Oct. 5 (1089.51$). The tenant complained about noise and low heat after the repair. So, the guy came back on Dec. 12 (330.12$), Jan 17 (382.51$) and Jan 18 (306.70$). After the last visit, the house lost heating at all. I got a suggestion to replace the whole system for over 5000$. I had to buy and send heaters to the tenant on Sunday Jan 20 when the worst storm hit Montreal. I asked another service to come in on Jan 21. That guy repaired the system back to work for 218$ in 40 minutes. I called back and got a refund for 432$.
