Was looking for a new fridge online, extremely hard to search for H x W x L online with any website. Emailed Electromenagers and they answered by emailed very quickly with 4 amazing options. They had the fridge delivered to my house 3 days later, delivery guys were polite and friendly. Was so pleased with this purchase I will definitely buy all large appliances from them going forward.

Terrible service!! Had to go back 3 times to find an agent who was able to close a decent deal with me, the first two were useless. Then when they delivered the three kitchen appliances, they poorly installed the fridge shelving, never mentioned the stove is NOT a standard 30 inches so it's just sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor as it won't fit, AND delivered the wrong dishwasher entirely. To correct THEIR mistake they insisted on delivering the right dishwasher at 6:30 in the morning and refused to offer a better option, which given I'm not moved fully into my new place required me to get up at 4 AM to travel to it and accommodate their error. The appliances themselves are great, and I got a good deal, just be warned that dealing with this company is a bloody damn circus. You're paying for those savings with your time and frustration.

Bought a supposedly washer/dryer set in January. The dryer made scratching and banging noise from the start. Technician says that the motor is defective, waited over a week for the part. When the technician is fixing replacing the motor, he breaks another part of the dryer making it so that I can not use it at all. Took two weeks for the piece to come in, and then am told that they can not give me a fixed appointment despite the most recently service call being due to technician error. Have to take another morning off work. Will never buy there again and recommend that you do not as well. UPDATE-Took another week for the technician to come today. Called and said that he was coming before noon. Then at noon called to say he was going on a lunch break and would come at one. Told him that this was not acceptable. Came 20 minutes later and after 40 minutes told me he had the wrong piece. Spoke to manager of after service who refused once again to set a fixed appointment so that I do not have to take a 4th morning of work because that is not how they work. Do not buy from this company. Once they have there money, after service is non- existent. Stay with a larger company. It's work the few extra dollars. UPDATE: Finally getting another machine. Willing to acknowledge Isabelle's good customer service.

Terrible post-sale service. You would be lucky if they pick up the phone at all and not get hang up while on hold. I bought a fridge which I reported back to them as not working properly in less than 24h after delivery: they didn’t want to deal with it and didn’t hesitate to forward my case to the manufacturer. From there, more than a week later, I’ve had to be on the phone with 3 different parties who seem to blame the other for not doing the “right thing”. Meanwhile, I’ve had to shop my groceries 3 times because the food is spoiled.

We bought gaz range, refrigerator and dishwasher from électroménagers Longueuil. Sales staff was great and I must add that after sales service is impeccable. We had to delay delivery and they were patient with that. We bought floor models at great prices so there were a few adjustments needed on appliances. Great customer service is hard to find and this store has it. When you buy discounted items, you don’t expect service to be that good. Brittany is so responsive and always helpful. Technician was great too. I definitely recommend this store for selection, great prices and service.
