Awful. Said he would call 45 minutes before arriving so I could leave work and meet him at my house. He called at 4:08 I left work and was at my house at 4:28. He left his business card in my door and when I called immediately he said he was already on his way to another customer and will be sending me the minimum $87 bill. Terribly rude and disrespectful on the phone. Would not recommend.

Really great staff, I had a problem with my sink//toilet backing up. Come to find out a root from our big oak tree had grown through one of the main pipes. CRC was able to use this big contraption they call a snake and basically tear through the root in the pipe, from what I understand was happening. Didnt take much time to figure it out, the guys were really friendly as well, we had a great experience! THANKS AGAIN CRC!!

I do not recommend Charles. I asked him about a simple repair to an outdoor faucet, and as I work all week, I asked if he could come on a Saturday. He gave me a window of 8-12, and unfortunately, I was away from home earlier that morning. So I made sure to call him ahead of time (around 7:30) to arrange for a later time, or to simply call me when he was enroute so I could run over there (I was ~15 minutes drive away), but before I even finished laying out a few options, he got very upset. So upset that I never even got another word in. I called back that Monday to try again, and all he did was a repeat of our last call and said he'd call back which he never did. I'm sure he's probably a good plumber, but know that he's very inflexible and a bit rude. I have taken my business elsewhere.

We have been very satisfied with the service the CRC Plumbing has provided for us the last time they came to our house. The owner, who I believe his name was Charles, was so kind and very helpful. We got prices from other companies and they were trying to literally throw the kitchen sink at us. They came in for a drain cleaning and tried to say we needed all new pipes for a section of our house. We sent them out the door because of this. When Charles came in, he was very honest and fixed our problem with no other issues or costs. Thank you CRC Plumbing!
