I called for a appointment on Saturday and a gentlemen answered the phone I didnt no he was the BOSS!!! He told he was giving me an appt. for Wednesday DEC 23,2015 between 10and12 the plumber would be here WELL I'LL BE DAMN THE BOSS NEVER MADE MY APPT!!! SO THE WOMEN ANSWERING THE PHONE SAY SHE DOESN"T HAVE ME DOWN FOR AN APPT FOR TODAY BUT MAYBE SHE CAN GET SOMEONE OUT LATER TODAY BETWEEN 4 AND 6 BUT I TOLD I SHOULDN't have to pay for your boss Mistake!!! SO BASICALLY she told if i didn"t pay the higher rate then she couldn"t help me and hung up!!! But before she hung up she did give me another number to a different plumbing company that was nice!!! And the first time i used this company they where great the plumber Chuck was wonderful really nice man new what he was doing and got the job done!! It took little bit longer cause the BOSS kepted calling him and asking what was he doing and when will he be done!!!!! REALLY DIDN'T THINK I WAS GOING TO HAVE ANY PROBLEMS THIS TIME BUT I GUESS THE BOSS DOESN'T NO WHAT HE IS DOING!
