we have used them twice and each time they have had to come after hours. Very fast, efficient, and they stay til the job is done. Great price. Highly recommend

Really excellent professional service. great friendly attitude and skill and arrived at a convenient time. Additionally, good prices for repairs. I will use them for more plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

I am going to give an abridged explanation in the interest of brevity. I called Michael, the owner of this company, and asked him for an estimate and if he could do some work at a retail space. He gave me a reasonable estimate, and said he could do the job. After working 2 days on the job, I paid Michael in full. The plumbing lines were run, but there was a problem installing water to a sink. I had cold water coming out of the hot water valve and no water coming from the cold water valve. I told Michael I would contact the building manager to determine if there was a hot water heater. When I called him back to discuss finishing the job, he became insulting, extremely unprofessional, and accused me of trying to put someone else's problem on him and hung up on me before I could even explain the full reason I was calling. Obviously he was not going to finish the job properly. Not wanting to be subjected to any more of his abuse, I contacted the attorney for my business. While on the phone with my attorney, Michael furthered this attitude iby sending me a text saying I should have said there was a new problem, and further implying I was trying to unfairly pin something on him. He knew there was a problem and that I would be contacting him when he left the job uncompleted. I responded to him as instructed to by my attorney; in writing, documenting the entire issue. Unfortunately, Michael is still being unprofessional,. He sent me a sarcastic text saying "good luck." I hate to have to involve an attorney and go to court, it's the last thing I would ever want to do, but he is leaving me no choice.

I called "My local plumber" four times. They told me they would be there within the hour after an hour i called they said 30 minutes, two hours later a no show. I called them the next morning and he said "I found another job that would pay more" I said you could have called he said "yeah well". Absolutely no customer service.

Why calling someone who may not be a licensed plumber, when you can call me, a seasoned legit plumber who's trully local!
