They came out and snaked my main sewer line and it was running a little better, by the time the plumber was done he told me there was still water standing in the main trap but that was all he could do, he said it would be fine. 3 days later the main line is really clogged worse than ever so I called the city to see if it was on their end. The city came out and said everything was fine on their end but told me the plumber would have had to snake at least 150ft. I told him the plumber did 100ft so I called enterprise and explained to them what had happened and they said they would need to charge full price plus an extra $25 for an extension, so $180. Then they said they need to send a camera down the drain minimum price $310. I feel I shouldn’t be charged full price for something that should have been done correctly the first time. This is why I am giving 1 star rating.

Had enterprise come out to check a water leak I had underground in front of my newly purchased house, Angelo came out and found a poorly repaired fitting and fixed it in just about an hour! Very reasonable price, and efficient. Will definitely use them again!
