You couldn't ask for more. Being an "emergency" plumbing issue. (two back to back tubs backing up) Polite, pleasant and clear speaking receptionist to take the call. The immediate attention with the service person to make contact, give the estimated time of arrival and be within the estimated time of arrival. Quickly analyzed the problem and clean out the line and good to go. One little draw back on spending time and not having the right tools to open a 3" cast iron plug that was time "welded". Then he went to check the tub. I think he should have checked the tub first and come to the conclusion it was just the tubs and not the 3" line. Either way, being a Sunday night, He was prompt and courteous and concerned to do a great job. In which he did. The young man is a good asset to have on your team. $ 350.00 for less than an hour. OUCH but hey its Sunday night right. I'll recommend Mr Rooter to others for emergencies, that is for sure. The one price to fix. No Weekend rip off rate. Thank you, Randy

The technician that came out (Dave Rose) was very courteous and very, very helpful while doing his best to remedy our situation. I also want to acknowledge his fellow technician, Carl, who also was very respectful and helpful!! We will certainly call them again and refer them to anyone who is in need of their services!

Gerry Suarez seems super-competent and knowledgeable. He not only fixed our clogged pipe problem, but figured out why we inherited a slightly leaking kitchen sink pipe and re-rigged that, then, best of all, detected why our toilet clogs intermittently, which another highly-recommended plumber couldn't solve. We had a previous problem that Mr. Rooter easily dealt with, also. We'll keep using them.

I received a call from the Mr. Rooter office that the technician will be at our house within the hour, he was here in ten minutes. The technician said the job will take about an hour, he completed the job in 45 minutes. The technician's name is Andrew, he's extremely efficient and through, yet, he was extremely patient and just as through in answering my questions. I specifically asked for Andrew because he was on the first call to our house and were very impressed with his work ethics. This was now the second service call Andrew made to our house. Andrew takes his job very seriously [does anyone want someone to be half serious when working on their home?]. He will take the time to explain the issue, explain the resolution in complete detail, the cost to repair, and answer your questions. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.
