The technician who came to assess our leakage issue was very polite but I didn't end up using their service because of their price. They charge $395 for labor and 67% of a new part that would potentially need to be replaced as a 'handling fee'. I was able to find another local plumber that charged half of Roto-rooter's quote and did a great job.

Quality professional care , I experienced quality and left with a good over all experience , the lines were cleared and wasn’t over sold on products that weren’t needed . It was important to feel the personal care not hearing a sales pitch was refreshing . It was more that I was getting information from a pro that I could make a Decision on . Anyways I recommend them over Other companies .

I rarely give anyone a bad review, but this was experience was so bad that I am almost compelled to save others from having a similar experience. The service team here is completely messed up. I had a clogged toilet and they told me that they would send someone in an hour or so. When no one came for over an hour and a half I called back and I was given some story that we do not serve that city. The person who took my initial request did not give me this information. I have a guest who is staying overnight with us and the whole experience has made it very embarrassing for us. To top it all when I called back the person on the line comes back saying that this is first time that they are hearing about the request. The screenshot for the 2 calls that I made to their number are attached which shows when I called their numbers.

I had a backed up sewer line and scheduled an appointment online at 3:30 pm for 6:00pm-8:00pm and Trevor was at my door a little after 5:00! He quickly and professionally cleared the problem and was done at 5:55; five minutes BEFORE he was scheduled to arrive! Very pleased with the quick service and easy online scheduling.

I just wanted to send a quick note to the management team of the Mathew St. Roto-Rooter. Michael Burk came out to service our request around a clugged drain. Michael was very professional and pleasent to deal with. After a quick inspection of our situation, Michael clearly explained what was most likely causing the problem, and what he would be doing to alleviate the issue. Within a short period of time, Michael solved the problem and our drains were functioning perfectly. Thanks Roto-Rooter and thanks Michael for a great experience. I will refer my friends an neighbors. Jeffery "Duffy" Schneider
