A friend recently called Roto-Rooter for a leaky kitchen sink. They responded right away, sent Adam, who fixed the sink and went on to give our friend a helpful lesson about the plumbing system in her apartment. When we were faced with a clogged toilet yesterday, I submitted an online request and even tho it was SUPER BOWL SUNDAY(!), Jessica answered us and sent Adam out first thing this morning. He was professional, proficient and personable and altho we know there’s a section where tree roots like to infiltrate the main line to the street, he worked hard at it and cleared the way! He told us “I love this job!” and we love his enthusiasm and “can-do” attitude. It’s wonderful to meet folks who love and take pride in their work!

After my leach field failed on my septic system, I called Roto-Rooter and they sent out Steven to jet and treat my drain field pipes. Steven did a great job and I am pleased to report my septic system is back up and running appropriately. I am very pleased with the excellent service provided by Steven and Roto-Rooter. I hope they are more considerate plumbers than drivers, their truck pretty well ran me off the road today.

Scam. We had two toilets 12 years old that went through multiple fill cycles before shutting off. The Root Rooter Plumber told us he had never seen a system like these he would need to talk to his boss and went to his truck to make a call. When he returned he asked if we have hard water and that without a water softener this problem would be reoccurring. We said no thanks just repair or replace the toilets float devise. Quoted price of $420. We declined. The "never seen before system" was a Korky flush system commonly sold at Home Depot for under $12.00. After spending 10 minutes googling a DIY video I bought a Korky Fill Value for $3.65 again at home depot. Problem solved - never will make that mistake again.

Really nice people. (thanks/gracias/sorry- be safe). I am one of the nicest people, whom has experienced a lot of personal, difficulties, however, am understanding. -Plumbing issues are odd, was not a issue for awhile, then there is one (Not people's fault). This winter, the electricity was off, which was challenging. Hopefully it can be repaired w/out a lot of issues. -Am aware that the costs of varied commodities/other can be a lot. Not to worry.
