I am highly impressed with Jeffrey Gray Plumbing. First, because they picked up my phone call on a Monday at 7 am, was at my house within a couple of hours, explained thoroughly what needed to be resolved, gave me a quote and repaired on the spot. That kind of service is unheard of anymore! Thank you very much Jeff!

I needed a water heater replaced due to a gas leak. Jeffrey responded with a time, kept in contact via emails when he was arriving. When he arrived he and his associate did quick and clean work. His prices were fair to the work being done, and he was incredibly friendly and informative on what and why he was doing work. Can’t recommend him anymore than that!

I needed to have my old water heater replaced with a new one. Jeffrey Gray Plumbing did this job beyond my expectation and gave me peace of mind. I strongly recommend this service to you when you have the same need. You will be happy after the job is done.

Professional service, Job well done! Needed same day service for a new water heater. Arrived on schedule and with everything needed to complete the job. Great service and top quality materials for a job done right!

Get a second opinion when using them. The other people commenting are likely family members trying to boost the ratings. They charged me $346.00 just to snake a drain. Had a second opinion come out and they stated it shouldn’t have cost more than $150.00 (a quick Google search confirmed this). The workers were unprofessional and yelling at each other the whole time. On top of all that they stated I needed to change my “cleanout” and the whole job would cost over $1200.00. Now I haven’t checked the validity of that estimate but I did get a second opinion. The second opinion stated that the “cleanout” was never the problem in the first place. I also called them before writing this review in hopes they would come fix the actual issue considering we already paid them almost $400.00. They stated they would have to charge me for any additional work regardless of the incorrect diagnosis before. Long story short, they overcharge you and will likely diagnose the incorrect issue. I am just glad I got a second opinion and didn’t pay the $1200.00+ on the spot, because that would have been wasted money.
