Working through my home warranty company, the owner came out and after 5 days and several phone calls/messages still no response. I asked why they use this contractor and I was told they'd note the complaint. To make matters worse, their message ends with "have a blessed day" which one would presume this may be a Christian company. Well, I'm thinking not.... WWJD....As noted in another review, I'd give them 0 stars if that was an option. Beware with this plumbing contractor...if you have a warranty make sure this isn't your company.

I agree with the rest below, should have zero stars. Our upstairs sink valve would not open for hot water only. Cold worked fine. Requested to have an angle stop valve and faucet supply hose replaced on an upstairs bathroom sink. Tech showed up and while changing out the valve and hose, he broke my faucet so it now leaked from the faucet. There was no leak before he arrived. He turned off both hot and cold so we had no water at all and couldn't use the sink. He went to leave and my wife asked what would happen next. He told her he "didn't know if he could find the part to fix the faucet at all". My wife was concerned as now we had no water and he told her "someone will call you within a week or two" and was quite rude. Completely unacceptable. This service was through my home warranty company so we complained through them. They contacted South County Plumbing were told lies. South County told them the repair was all complete and and that I must have broken the faucet. My response to that was that the faucet had cold water and wasn't leaking when they arrived. When he left we had no water and a leaking faucet. Completely incompetent and rude on top of it. If you value your home, don't use this company.

If there was a way to give ZERO stars I would do that for this company. Unethical business practices are the norm with this company. They came out and awarded me with a huge bill for the work and then caused a leak in my kitchen ceiling as a result of their shoddy work. I then had to call another vendor and spend $1500 to have their mistake and poor craftsmanship fixed. Do not do business with this company they are extremely shady.

Showed up in my driveway. I asked him to move. Told me he was the plumber so he won't. Home warranty service uses them. Supposed to show up between 8 and 10 am. Still waiting. No call or return call. Do not use this company! 0 stars

They did not return to complete the job. They do not answer their phone or return phone messages.
