George, Gary and their entire team are Professional and Courtious. Highly recommend them for your business or home.

I had Wilson's come out to examine a furnace that was 17 years old. I did my homework on the parts (the electronics were shot) and knew the new board would cost about $100-$150. Assuming labor for a few hours the repair should have been $350. The quote was for over $500. I was also considering switching out the furnace to a newer more efficient model and asked the Wilson tech for an estimate: The estimate was $3500 for 65k BTU. You can buy a 90k BTU with 80% efficiency for about $900. I had a new 90K BTU unit installed with new duct work and filter system for $1900... Do the math

On several occasions i have been able to visit the show room at Wilson's Plumbing. I have found then very helpful in informing us for all our repair questions. I would recommend the guys at Wilson's for all plumbing repairs.

Wilson's rates are completely excessive, no matter what the job. One minute to unplug a toilet cost over $200. In January of 2009 my water heater stopped functioning...they charged over $1,200 to replace it, which I found out from another plumbing contractor was not necessary; the pump that circulates hot water throughout the house was the culprit. Last autumn Wilson's stated that the furnace needed major work and should be replaced; when another firm inspected it this summer they found nothing wrong. Wilson's is exorbitant as well as dishonest.

I used to work for Wilson's awhile back. While the tech's are very knowledgeable and professional, they definitely overcharge on their prices. And when I was given my "Official Pricing Handbook", I had to laugh. The reason being is because in all my years of being a plumber, I had never seen the like.....
