This was not a great retail experience. I went there with a specific item in mind (I had googled it and found that Ferguson's stocked it--which turned out to not be true, but that's another story.) What turned me off is that I walked through the front door and at least 4 salespeople completely ignored me--I mean, not even eye contact and a nod to let me know that I hadn't somehow become completely invisible. I searched on my own and found the display I was looking for, but was so ticked that I would have walked out of the store without ordering, if I hadn't happened upon a salesman named Phil who was tucked way in the back at a desk. He was helpful, looked up the part, ordered it and earned Ferguson 3 stars, rather than the zero I would have given it based on his colleagues' lack of interest in a customer.

Best prices on pipe on the central coast. Great plumbing selection too.

Ordered a product and got no response. Contacted the company looking for our product and the salesman we worked with no longer worked there... apparently they decided the sales he made weren't important. That's alright we gave them another chance to sell the product, but after telling us they didn't sell this particular product (one that I have a receipt for) and then finally agreeing that they do sell they ignored us for days. They may have a good selection but the proffesionalism is terrible, terrible, terrible! The amount of frustration I have right now is off the charts. Also, that selection they "have" they may decide that they don't sell that certain product.
