I am beyond impressed and grateful to these guys. We had two big issues this week and they repaired both quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I appreciated the explanation of the work needing to be done and the clear options available to me. I highly recommend The Plumbing Factory.

Top notch. Highly skilled, knowledgeable, and care as much about your property as you do. Consultative and explain issues, give you options, and make sure the work is done right. They have helped with a bathroom remodel (valve and fixture install), pressure valve replacement, waste line service and snaking. They found a chunk of a brass cap in the middle of our system that had been restricting waste for probably 20 years and got it out! We've had others scope and snake, but never fix this issue before PF. Highly recommend.

I would not trust my plumbing needs to anyone else. I've worked with Louis for approximately 7 years with a prior company he has always taken such good care of us. We have a bad sewer line that requires maintenance on a bi-annual basis to remove the roots, Louis and another plumber (I forget his name, sorry!) from the Plumbing Factory came out in under an hour, rooted out my sewer, used a camera to show me my issues and located the bad spot in the yard all in under 45 minutes. I've never had a more positive experience using any service professionals before, clean, punctual and most of all love what they do. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Thank you.

Tim goes above and beyond. We ask a question and he calls all over to get us the right answer. We feel like we can depend on him and will certainly use him whenever we can.

We came home from a family dinner late and found allnof our toilets and shower were back in up. We called and very quickly Louis Geoghean from The Plumbing Factory called us right back. He set up a quick fix and was at our house first thing early the next morning. He was on time, incredibly kind, great with all the kids and dog. He explained everything he was doing. He didn’t do a “quick fix” he showed me how the previous plumber didn’t do the whole job. It was obvious. I would love to have him come fix our next problem. Great job! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ To you Louis. We saved your info. If you are looking for an honest plumber, call the Plumbing Factory and ask for Louis Geoghegan.
