I have used Jeff a number of times...ALWAYS helpful and quick to respond... great jobs.. very competitive costs

They came out same day I called, found the problem another compay could not find, showed me how to turn on and off my water, kept me informed of the schedule, worked around my schedule, fixed the problem, and the cost was more than fair. I will be calling them first from now on.

JEFF IS A HORRIBLE RACIST AND MOST DISRESPECTFUL MAN I'VE EVER CAME ACROSS!! HE IS COMPLETELY SCREWED UP!! AND LEFT ME AND MY KIDS WITH NO HOT WATER AFTER MAKING US WAIT ALL DAY FOR HIM TO COME.. ZERO STARS

I would never recommend anyone to use this company. They are very rude and unorganized. The owner of this company hung up in my elderly mother's face who is in a wheel chair and blind. Jeff is very unprofessional and so is workers Roscoe. My mother used their company a little after Easter. 2016 and she misplaced her receipt. They told her there's nothing they can do for her without her receipt because they have no other records of her warranty. I find it odd that a business doesn't have invoice of jobs they have serviced. I guess they have no problems with the IRS. I will definitely will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on their lack of service.

Just Drains is an unethical and inept company. They don't stand by their extremely unsatisfactory service, attempt to over charge, and when caught in a lie will deny any and all responsibility. They are a horrendous company to work with. If you do contact them expect unsatisfactory work, unprofessional demeanor, and costly damages.
