I am very pleased to recommend ED"S PLUMBERS. Everyone I have dealt with has been exceptional. The staff is very professional, efficient and friendly. My first experience was with Ed who came to service my disposal. He did an excellent job and I was confident when I later scheduled to have him replace my water heater. Steven is very skilled and knowledgeable. He has a friendly manner and is able to explain all options and answer all questions thoroughly. Justin helped me to obtain the best deal and to use the credit I received from a previous service. When my water heater was installed Ed was assisted by Steven who was also very professional and knowledgeable. I asked Steven lots of questions, some of which I thought might be silly, but she patiently and knowledgeably answered each one. I felt very confident in his skills especially as I watched her performing her work. Both Ed and Steven worked to make sure everything was done perfectly. I was very impressed with the quality of their work. I am very happy with my new disposal and water heater. ED"S PLUMBERS went above and beyond what he was called out for. Couldn't have had a more informed representative from ED"S PLUMBERS Appreciated his honesty, his patient explanations and sound advice. Very friendly and respectful. He checked all around the house, tested water pressure, checked the water heater, and even crawled into our crawlspace to make sure we didn't have any leaks. He recommended a new water heater rather than flushing out the existing. (We have not flushed it in a very long time and the valve is plastic and the risk of cracking wasn't worth it.) The plumber Steve was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job! He thoroughly inspected the problem, returned the next day with replacement parts, as promised and completed the work within the time estimate. He explained everything in a clear and concise manner and answered all my questions. He even called back a couple of days later to explain something I asked the dispatcher about. Everyone I talked to at Ed's Plumbers did a great job and I will definitely use you again and recommend you to anyone who asks for a referral. Thank you so much!

I post reviews on the Web very very rarely, but two days ago I got an experience with ED'S PLUMBERS that I cannot rate other than exceptional. This company did re-piping for my entire house 10 years ago. Right after they changed the pipes, I noticed that in two taps in the master bedroom, the flow was very week. But somehow I thought that it would "fix itself" and did not contact ED'S PLUMBERS right away. The more I waited, the more I dreaded the idea that I needed to call them and they would probably make a mess in my house fixing this problem, so I never called. Until two days ago. 5 years later!!! Yeah, yeah, I know how that sounds...Crazy, right?! The reason I called now - we started renovating the bathroom with expensive tile, vanity, appliances, etc and I suddenly realized that I needed to fix this problem now, before we complete the renovation... I reluctantly called them expecting to hear polite but something, in essence: "Are you out of your mind, calling us 5 years after the work is done?!". But no! The representative, Debbie, was absolutely businesslike and friendly, saying: "We gave you lifetime warranty and we did mean it. Expect our technician the day after tomorrow". Then the technician, ED showed up - on time (they even sent me an email and gave me a call 30 minutes prior to his arrival). The guy was very friendly and SUPER professional. (One of those professionals that move with seemingly "no haste" pace, doing 3 times more than a guy who runs around like fighting a fire :-)). ED spent, probably 30 minutes in my house. He came with a truck full of equipment and tools, figured out what went wrong (there were pieces of wood in the angle stops that accidentally got there during installation), fixed it, connected a valve with a pressure meter to verify that the pressure was standard and left. ED did not leave a single footprint in my house (every time he left to pick some tools and came back, he was putting plastic covers on his shoes - even though my house was in a state of "renovation project mess"). He did not leave any bills either - I was not charged a single penny. Guys, think of it for a minute!!! 5 years after the initial work, they come, inspect and fix "without a hiccup" - but with a smile. It gives me an awe and the pride for American Service Model in general and for ED'S PLUMBERS Dealing with companies like this gives you a peace of mind for any serious work. Thank you, ED'S PLUMBERS
