Insanely expensive, basically highway robbery.

Sometimes you find a gem and this is one of those times. I went through two plumbers before Jamie's company, Mile High Plumbing, was recommended to me. After 10 months of trying to get my floor heater fixed, they came in and took care of everything in two days. My heater is working beautifully and the quality of their work and their attention to detail is obvious. As a single woman, I have had some challenges dealing with contractors that were unreliable, didn't provide receipts when asked, and acted like they knew what they were doing when they didn't. This company knows what they are doing. They have an answering service and respond to calls, they sent me an itemized bill through email which I could pay with my credit card on-line. Then they sent me a receipt. My floor heater is running beautifully and I didn't have to replace it. I highly recommend them.

I have a major leak coming through my ceiling. I left several messages, with no call back over 3 days. Called again Monday morning at 8:45am. I was told by the answering service to "call back at 9:00, as they will be open then and some one should be able to help". I called back at 10:30am and still got the answering service. I understand being busy, as I run my own business in Durango, but how hard is it to simply call someone back to at least let them know when you might be available? Very poor customer service from this company in my opinion.
