Met the guy on Wednesday and he said he would be here at 9am on Thursday for a 3 to 4 hour job. It's almost noon and he hasn't showed or attempted to contact us, even after me calling and leaving a message. Upon finally getting in touch with him (I called him) he said another job went later than expected, however when my mother called him around 9:52, she said it sounded like he had just woken up. I cancelled a pretty important appointment to be here while the work was being done. He was even there for the rescheduling of my appointment on Wednesday. I don't understand how you can have a business and treat your customer's time as if it is of little significance. Needless to say, I've cancelled his services.

I found it a little difficult to find a plumber in the first place . I called Home Advisor. Three people called me back, but Jason was available that day so he got the job. Lucky for me. I have ancient plumbing in my house but it was no problem for Jason. He did a wonderful job, worked by himself even though he probably wished he had a helper that day. He could have left me in the lurch, but he did the job himself and my problem was fixed. Jason was extremely polite, and in my opinion was very reasonably priced. The area was left spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend him and would certainly hire him should I ever need a plumber again.

I just had my water heater replaced last week. He did wonderful job and the price is very fair. I would use him again.

J.T Collins did a wonderful job with the plumbing for a addition we added on our home, He gave a good price and went out of his way to take care of the "little extras" and even left the place very clean picking up after themselves along the way. This was a very good and professional experience and I would highly recommend this company. We plan on using them again in the future as well. Thank you for making the stress of adding on to our home a little easier !
