Recently I had a whole house filtration system installed. I dealt with Forrest Grant, he stayed to almost 9:00 Pm that evening to complete the job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job. Thank you so much

I absolutely love how fast everyone was able to work. They were here all morning and finished up early noon and they even did a phenomenal job cleaning up the debris as well as fixing our leak. They were very friendly and very patient. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs any plumbing done. My partner and I will most certainly continue to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all of our leaks and plumbing issues. We are happy customers! Thank you so much for everything guys! Keep up the great work!!!

Vince did a great job on our sump pump systems replacing all sump pumps and upsold our work to include a new hot water heater, new sump jet back up water system, new charcoal filtration system, new main shut off valve, rerouted sump discharge piping and jetted out the external discharge system. He also sold us the annual maintenance contract with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Vince did off hours research to identify a bacteria growing in our sump system (Iron Ochre) and suggested several measures to fight this menace which include chlorine tablets, non chemical treatments such as Bio-Bend, Bore Saver. Iron Ochre Bacteria grows in the under floor pipes and sump crocks from ground water, iron in the soil and oxygen. It is a sump pump killer and clogs under floor pipes with its slimy orange gunk.

We has an issue with our sewer line backing up over Thanksgiving. Previous contractor had been out several times but did not pick up on a broken line. Benjamin Franklin came out that Friday and was able to schedule repair for the following Tuesday. Pricing was good for the work to be done and they got it done faster than initially quoted. (A few hours vs. all day) The crew that showed up was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. All around great experience.

Hi What I admired most about John when he entered my house he took the time to respect my home by covering his shoes and placing a cloth to protect the floor of the work area. His work was impeccable, meticulous and thorough. John did not rush to finish the job while working on the kitchen plumbing or the toilet tank. As he went along he took the time to explain every procedure in details. I am highly recommending John to anyone who needs plumbing service done in their homes. Excellent job, well done John Thank you
