George was absolutely fantastic! It’s so great to see a company that truly hires the best people. My husband and I bought our first home, and were told it was on city sewage. After major backup issues within the first month, we were surprised to find we, in fact, had a septic tank. We had to frantically find a solution, and I am SO thankful we called Brownie’s! George went above and beyond in his service! Not only did he do his job professionally, but he also took time to explain things, so we knew exactly how to treat and care for our septic system. Today, Brownie’s has gained a life-long customer!

Called Brownies septic & plumbing on Friday afternoon to have my septic tank pumped. Brownies said they can be there on Monday. the serviceman called 15 minutes before he came to notify us he is on the way to our home. the serviceman was very polite and through. he did a great job. the tank lid was in bad shape, many years ago Brownies had replaced the original lid that deteriorated, the serviceman called into the office for me and placed an order for a new lid. they gave me a great deal on the replacement lid. four years ago on a Saturday my neighbor was having sewer problems I recommended Brownies. He called them and they were at his home within the hour and pumped his septic tank and cleared the plugged drains. I recommend Brownies for any of your septic and plumbing needs.

I was so grateful that we had George and Jason come out from Brownie‘s septic. They did a terrific job and were very efficient and personable too. I will definitely be repeat customer if we ever have septic issues again.

I am sitting waiting for the service truck. My window was 8-12. I called at 12 and was told 40 minutes. It is 1:05. Their overbooking the trucks cost them a customer. I am leaving. I will call and let them know the service guy can wait for me for five hours if he wants to. Update. I called back to cancel and the truck gets here. The office never bothered to put the account in my name, they used the old homeowners info and the tech called the prior owner to tell her he was running late. Since he was here I went ahead with the service. The office staff/management have a lot to learn about how to do business in a professional manner The tech was great.
