Sunday night our bathroom toilet pipe started leaking. We called several plumbers, and Grace Plumbing was the only one who returned our call. We set an appointment for Monday, when Kevin came out he explained what was going on. After giving us our options, he did the job. We are very pleased with the end result.

I called Grace plumbing to come reattach a tub spout and John the plumber actually told me it wouldn't be worth my money to have them come out and do it. So he walked me through how to fix it over the phone and it's fixed! Glad to see not all companies have forgotten how to put the customer first and do right by us! Keep up the honest work guys!

This company is completely illegitimate and will do anything to rip you off. This is the type of company that gives legitimate professionals a bad name. They first charged my wife around $600 for a repair that should have maybe cost $200. I know this because it was verified with other plumbing companies who told me i was ripped off. They then refused to provide an itemized receipt when asked and instead said "well since the other company was gonna charge $200 how about we do $250?" This is ridiculous and a complete admission that they have extremely shady business practices. Do not trust this company ever. Use anyone else. They also write their own reviews on google. Take a look. Many of the posts use the exact same words, these are not legitimate. All fabricated.

I called them for some services and a guy said someone else is going to be calling soon. Someone called me back soon and we scheduled the service for 1:30 PM same day. He texted me saying he was late. At 4:30 I called him back and scheduled the service for next day 9:00 AM. He never showed up or answer my calling. I end up hiring another company.
